Packaging

Our tube packaging has a resin code 4 and is recyclable. You should check with your local Council to see if you can recycle plastic film with your household recycling. Some Local Authorities will take it away but it is limited. For those who can't recycle plastic film at home, you can take it to be recycled at carrier bag collection points at the larger stores of most major supermarkets.

Personalisation

We offer free personalisation on our Nose Bagz products meaning you can make them truly yours! To do this we use hardwearing, permanent sticker vinyl. However, although the vinyl we buy states permanent, outdoor factors such as stable conditions and horse slobber can affect the effective life of the vinyl.

Terms & Conditions/Returns

Please note Nose Bagz products are hand made to order to customer specification (colour, personalisation etc) and we start making your fantastic handmade item on receipt of your order. Therefore, unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to offer returns or refunds should you change your mind. 

In the rare occurrence of a fault, Nosebagz Limited will happily replace any unused item that has a manufacturing fault or that has been damaged in transit if notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

As part of this returns process we will request photos of the faulty/damaged item together with photos of the item in situ if it has been installed. These photos are to be provided together with the item upon its return. This allows us to determine the likely cause of the fault and or damage as unfortunately Nosebagz Ltd cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, damage by your horse/pony or other animals and or if the wrong size item was purchased. 

In the unlikely event that a purchase from Nosebagz Limited is not to your satisfaction due to manufacturing fault or if it has been damaged in transit please do reach out to us at customerservice@nosebagz.co.uk and we’ll do our utmost to rectify the situation.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When making a purchase from Nosebagz Limited we will collect contact information as part of the order process, if you have opted in to our marketing communications we will then use this data to send you information regarding our services and products. Should you wish to be removed from our marketing list please contact us at customerservices@nosebagz.co.uk with your request.

In no event shall the company Nose Bagz Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.

Delivery

Handmade and personalised products are made to customer specification on order. This means orders can take up to 10 working days but may take a little longer in our busy periods. We do work as quickly as possible to get your order to you and once your order is with the courier, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. 

 

If ordering outside the UK please note there may be customs charges payable by the purchaser. Nosebagz Ltd are not liable for customs charges, and have no control over the level of charge levied. If these customs charges are unpaid it is likely that the item will be returned to Nosebagz Limited. We will happily resend the item if this occurs but will charge the purchaser for the postage cost of resending.
